Yes! Familiar items can help your dog feel more comfortable. Please label everything clearly.
4. How do you handle medical needs or medications?
We can administer most medications at no extra cost. Please provide detailed written instructions and all necessary supplies.
5. Will my dog get exercise and playtime?
Absolutely. Dogs receive daily outdoor play sessions and walks. We also offer group play or individual time depending on your dog’s temperament.
6. Is someone on-site 24/7?
Yes, we have staff on-site around the clock to monitor and care for the animals.
7. What happens if my dog gets sick or injured?
In case of illness or emergency, we will contact you immediately and take your dog to the nearest veterinary clinic if necessary.
8. Can I check in on my dog during their stay?
Yes! We offer daily photo/video updates via text or email. You can also call or message us for updates anytime.
9. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially around holidays, as spaces fill up quickly.
